Ordering

How to order:

Just fill in our order form with all the relevant details :) Please make payment as soon as possible as everything is on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to sell the items to the person who makes payment first. However regular customers may reserve the items for two days. Thanks for understanding :)


Offers & Discounts

Am I entitled to any discounts?
As a thank you for liking our page, some benefits for fans include:
- 10% off orders of RM50 and above, or 5% off for orders below RM50
- FB Like Price

Regular shipping charges apply. Sorry, each individual offer can't be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. For example, item with a Facebook Like Price doesn't qualify for the 5 or 10% discount, and vice versa.

Are there any other benefits to liking your Facebook page?
Yes! We have exclusive sales for Facebook fans and other random, unexpected promotions - just follow us and you'll see ;)

 

Payment Options

What are the accepted payment options?

Payment can be made to our Maybank or CIMB account. Banking details will be given as soon as you've made confirmation by letting us know your shipping address and mobile number. Paypal is accepted for international customers.

Shipping & Handling

What are your shipping rates?

Items will be shipped via Pos Laju/Pos Ekspres. To keep our shipping rates as low as possible, we base them on item weight. Items can be combined into one package to save on shipping!

Pos Laju (first 400 grams):
WM - RM 6
Sarawak - RM 9
Sabah - RM10

Pos Ekspres
RM 4.50 - RM 7 nationwide, depending on item size and weight

How quickly do you ship?
We ship within two business days of receiving cleared payment. In fact we often try to ship on the same day !

No, how do I really know if the item will fit me?

The best method is to get a similar item that you already own and take its measurements. It should be made of the same material - if you are interested in a pair of rigid cotton denim jeans, do not measure one that is made of cotton/spandex blend. It's important to compare all measurements. For example, if a pair of low rise, 28" waist jeans fit you well, it's most likely that 28" waist high waist jeans will be too baggy for you.
